Overdue Jobs ​

The Overdue Jobs screen shows all booked jobs that are past their scheduled date but haven't been completed.

Accessing Overdue Jobs ​

The Overdue Jobs screen is accessible from the home screen when there are overdue jobs to action.

What Makes a Job Overdue? ​

A job is considered overdue when:

  1. The job is booked (accepted by the engineer)
  2. The job date is in the past
  3. The job has not been submitted or marked complete

Job List ​

Jobs are displayed in a list grouped by date, with the oldest overdue jobs first. Each job card shows the standard job information:

  • Job type and product
  • Customer name and address
  • Scheduled date
  • Job status

Tapping a job navigates to the job details screen where the engineer can complete or update the job.

Resolving Overdue Jobs ​

Engineers should regularly check and clear overdue jobs by:

  1. Completing the job - If work was done, submit all required information
  2. Contacting support - If the job needs to be rescheduled or cancelled

Overdue jobs impact engineer metrics and should be resolved promptly.
