Required Fields

All Heat Link repairs require:

• Defect description - What the defect was
• Remedial action taken - Work done to fix/diagnose
• Nest Thermostat serial number - 16 characters starting with 15, 09, or 02 (QR scannable)

Photo Requirements

Photos focus on the Heat Link device wiring, thermostat serial number, earth loop readings, and the old device packaged for return. Requirements vary by outcome - successful replacements require more photos than cannot diagnose scenarios where all photos are optional.
