Heat Pump Installation ​

Heat pump installations are jobs for installing air source heat pump systems at residential properties. These installations include both the heat pump unit and a hot water cylinder.

Engineer Qualifications ​

Engineers must have:

  1. Approved Boiler application (prerequisite)
  2. Level 3 Award in Heat Pump Systems
  3. Unvented hot water certificate

Completing a Heat Pump Installation ​

Engineers must complete the following 5 steps:

1. Heat Pump Installation Photos ​

20 mandatory photos documenting the installation

2. Heat Pump Radiator Photos ​

Dynamic photo count based on screeningHistory.tag === 'num_of_radiators'. One photo per radiator. Defaults to 10 radiators if not specified.

3. Heat Pump Form Photos ​

2 mandatory form photos:

  1. Heat pump benchmark
  2. Cylinder benchmark

4. CP1 (Gas Safety Record) ​

5. Customer Walkthrough ​
