Qualifications ​
Engineers must maintain valid certifications and qualifications to work on different products. The app tracks document expiry dates and alerts engineers when renewals are needed.
Document Classifications ​
Documents fall into three categories based on how they affect job eligibility:

Engineers with a valid ECS Gold Card can skip BS7671, NVQ L3, and AM2 documents:

The app automatically detects when an ECS Card is uploaded and adjusts the required documents accordingly.
Governing Bodies ​
Engineers must be registered with one of the following competent person schemes:
- NAPIT
- NICEIC
- ELECSA
- STROMA
- Other approved schemes
Air Conditioning Qualifications ​
Required for Air Conditioning application.

Document Tracking ​
Date Types ​
Documents use different date tracking based on their nature:

Document Statuses ​
The app displays document status in the Products section:

Expiry Notifications ​
- 30 days before: Warning banner appears in the app
